Magdaleno Pimentel Jr. and Insp. Markson Almeranez, who were wearing a ski mask and a woman&#x27;s wig, were arrested in the ensuing pursuit. Probers puzzled</a></li></ul><p>Luz&#x27;s sister Perlita Alvarez said her family is &quot;very disappointed&quot; over the reinstatement of the duo despite the strong evidence against them.</p><p>&quot;Kami po ay may witness na, nahuli na po sila, kitang-kita ninyong naka-wig. Lahat ng ebidensya ay andoon nang lahat. Pero ganoon kadaling baligtarin iyung kaso,&quot; Alvarez told DZMM.</p><p>&quot;Naiisip ko, paano pa kaya iyung ibang pinatay na ni wala man lang silang mapaghabulan ng pagpatay sa kanilang mga kaanak.&quot;</p><p>(We have witnesses, they were caught in the act, they were wearing wigs. She declined to give more details as this may preempt the court hearing that will resume in February.</p><p>She said she remained confident that her sister will get justice.</p><p>&quot;Kahit may mga taong napapaikot ng pera, kapangyarihan at koneksyon, may mga tao pa rin na makatuwiran,&quot; she said.</p><p>&quot;Kung wala man po noon dito, alam ko naman po na ang Diyos ay nakasubaybay pa rin po lagi at mas matindi pong maningil ang ating Panginoon.&quot;</p><p>(Even if some people are influenced by money, power and connection, there are others who remain righteous.
