BACOLOD CITY - The policeman who was killed in a drug bust and was included in the so-called narco-list of President Rodrigo Duterte was laid to rest in a private cemetery here on Sunday noon.

Senior Supt. Santiago Rapiz, who was killed in Dipolog City last Monday, was not given by the police any honor guards or the usual 21 gun salute during the burial which was attended by his family, friends and colleagues in the service.
