MANILA -- An anti-graft court on Friday found former Isabela Gov. Grace Padaca guilty of malversation and graft and sentenced her to serve time in prison.The Sandiganbayan 3rd Division handed Padaca a 12-14 year prison term for malversation and another 6-10 year term for graft.
