<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2019/news/11/19/philippines_true_color.jpg"/><figcaption>Japanese Meteorological Agency</figcaption></figure></div>MANILA—Typhoon Ramon made landfall over Santa Ana, Cagayan at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday, state weather bureau PAGASA said.The typhoon is currently packing maximum sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour (kph), with gusts of up to 200 kph.Tropical cyclone wind signals remain hoisted over the following areas:<ul>	<li>Signal number 3, where wind speeds of 121 to 170 kph may be experienced within 18 hours. 	- Northern portion of Cagayan (Santa Praxedes, Claveria, Sanchez Mira, Pamplona, Abulug, Ballesteros, Aparri, Calayan, Camalaniugan, Buguey, Santa Teresita, Gonzaga, Santa Ana, Allacapan, Lal-lo, Gattaran, Lasam, Baggao, Alcala and Santo Niño)</li>	<li>Signal number 2, where wind speeds of 61 to 120 kph may be experienced within 24 hours. 	- Abra 	- Apayao 	- Batanes 	- The rest of Cagayan 	- Ilocos Norte 	- Ilocos Sur 	- Kalinga</li>	<li>Signal number 1, where wind speeds of 30 to 60 kph may be experienced within 36 hours. 	- Benguet 	- Ifugao 	- Northern portion of Isabela (Sta. Maria, San Pablo, Maconacon, Cabagan, Sto. Tomas, Quezon, Delfin Albano, Tumauini, Divilacan, Quirino, Roxas, Mallig, San Manuel, Burgos, Gamu and Ilagan City) 	- La Union 	- Mountain Province 	- Pangasinan</li></ul>PAGASA said coastal areas under signals number 3 and 2 may be flooded by seawater.The agency also warned residents living in areas susceptible to flooding and landslides.Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan Islands and Apayao may experienced moderate with occasional to frequent heavy rains on Wednesday.Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, Mt.
