He sustained leg injuries and was rushed to the Ospital ng Maynila, said Col. Mikee Romero attributed the mishaps to a delay in the passage of this year&#x27;s national budget, which opposition Sen. The Office of the President will not offer any excuses. As host country, we apologize for the unintentional inconvenience suffered by our athlete-guests,&quot; Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said.</p><p>The SEA Games opening ceremony will be held Saturday.
