<p>MANILA - Former Vice President Jejomar Binay&#x27;s kin - clad in blue and white - sat for a family portrait to mark this year&#x27;s Christmas season, but noticeably missing from the family affair was Makati Mayor Abigail Binay.</p><p>The Binay siblings - Nancy, Jejomar &quot;Junjun&quot; Jr., Joanna Marie and Marita Angelique, along with their spouses and children - were all smiles as they
