<p>MANILA — Santa Rosa, Laguna Rep. Dan Fernandez on Monday refuted claims that Mylah Roque, wife of former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, has submitted documents that House panels holding hearings on issues related to the Duterte administration as she claims.</p><p>Fernandez, chair of the House Committee on Public Order and Safety, added he believes Roque had already left the country even before the panels directed her to submit documents, including medical certifications to show she cannot attend the inquiry.</p><p>“What we have received, actually, was a prescription coming from her personal doctor.
