During that time, he said an alleged video of him in the crime scenewas circulating on social media and messaging groups. But he said he was actually not present in the video.&quot;Kung nailabas lang po iyon ng mga pulis na siyang gumawa, ang Task Force Perez, ang PNP Los Baños, at the time kung nilabas lang nila hindi sana kami makakasuhan,&quot; he said, referring to another video the police allegedly withheld.&quot;Ang sinasabi nila wala daw video na puwedeng pagkakilanlan ng salarin pero kung makikita mo meron po, meron. Dan Fernandez said they are looking into the links between the killings of former mayor Perez and former Tanauan, Batangas mayor Antonio Halili. Both local officials were tagged in the list of politicians linked to the illegal drug trade.&quot;In the last hearing we invited those personalities allegedly involved in the killing of Tony Halili, mayor Tony Halili. During that hearing that we conducted, I asked Cong. Benny Abante to ask about the issue of what happened to mayor Caesar Perez of Los Baños kung saan siya ay namatay din by these personalities allegedly according to this witness that we invited. Same personalities in the killing of mayor Halili are also involved in the killing of mayor Perez,&quot; he said. In a previous hearing, former PCSO general manager Royina Garma tagged PCapt. Keneth Albotra as part of the team behind the assassination of mayor Halili. During Tuesday&#x27;s hearing, Tamisin said he believes Albotra may also be involved in the killing of mayor Perez after hearing the testimony of Garma.&quot;Nung sinabi po ni madam Col. [Royina] Garma, ang tumira o pumatay ang team ni Maj. [Keneth] Albotra, nagsaliksik ako ng videos. Nakita ko yung itsura, pangangatawan, parehong pareho-halos pagkakahawig sa video na kumakalat sa Los Baños na hindi inilabas ng PNP sa korte,&quot; he said. When asked by Manila Rep. Bienvenido Abante if he can point to who he believes killed mayor Perez, Tamisin pointed to Albotra.&quot;Sa aking opinyon po ay si Captain Albotra. (Abante: Pakituro niyo nga po kung siya) Nasa dulo po siya sa may kanan. (Abante: Yan po ang pinaghihinalaan niyong pumatay kay major Perez?) Yan po nakikita ko base sa napapanood ko, base po sa mga litrato, sa pagkilos, base po sa sinabi ni madam Col. Garma,&quot; Tamisin said.The former councilor said he looked at the body built of the men in the videos, the clothes they were wearing, among others.Albotra denied anew Garma&#x27;s claim that he bragged about being part of the operation that supposedly killed Halili.&quot;Sigurado po nagusap kami dahil ako nagcocourtesy call. Pero I don&#x27;t remember saying anything like that… My conscience is very clear. I am not involved in anyway to the killing of Mayor Halili,&quot; he said.He also refuted Tamisin&#x27;s allegation that he killed mayor Perez, reiterating that he was not in the area during the time of the crime.&quot;Hindi po ako yan. Ako po ay nasa Cebu. Actually mister chair, nakita ko po yung video kanina, 100% hindi po ako yun dahil tayo po ay nakakakilala sa atin,&quot; Albotra said.Garma maintained her earlier testimony that Albotra told her about his alleged involvement in the shooting of mayor Halili.&quot;Wala po akong sama ng loob kay Albotra…. I think magsabi nalang po siya ng totoo para matapos nalang po. For the peace of mind of everybody,&quot; she said.&quot;Makokonsensiya din po yan, kasi I treated him very well when I was the city director of Cebu City…. If he will sue me, I can face it. But I can look at him straight in his eyes, I am not lying. He is lying. He is coward to mention names. Alam niya who killed mayor Halili. Konsensiya nalang niya,&quot; she said.Lawmakers also questioned why Albotra was transferred several times to various provinces.Rep.
