Raffy Tulfo and senatorial aspirants Ben Tulfo and Erwin Tulfo, an incumbent House lawmaker. </p><p>Aside from the Tulfo siblings running, Raffy&#x27;s wife Jocelyn is second nominee of ACT-CIS party-list while their son Ralph Tulfo is seeking reelection as Quezon City 2nd District representative.</p><p>During their filing, Teo delivered a speech but refused to take questions from reporters.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/05/08/18/wanda-teo-resigns-as-tourism-chief">• Wanda Teo resigns as Tourism chief</a></div><p>In 2018, Teo resigned as Tourism chief after the Commission on Audit revealed the placement of P60 million in tourism ads to Kilos Pronto, a block-timer show on PTV-4, despite lack of a memorandum of agreement or contract. </p><p>Kilos Pronto at that time was produced and hosted by Teo&#x27;s brothers Ben and Erwin.</p><div><strong>RELATED VIDEO</strong></div><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/9c9A_mkamEc?&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span><br/></div>
