Raffy Tulfo on Thursday said he is most likely to just seek reelection in 2028 despite being a frontrunner in a recent survey ranking prospective presidential candidates.</p><p>Last month, Tulfo and Vice President Sara Duterte were statistically tied in first place in the Pulse Asia survey for the 2028 presidential elections.</p><div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/4/3/pulse-asia-explains-appeal-of-tulfo-family-among-voters-1231" id="isPasted">READ: Tulfo, VP Duterte statistically tied as 2028 presidential frontrunners: Pulse Asia</a></div><p>Tulfo said since the survey came out, questions about his 2028 plans have been persistent.</p><p>&quot;Palaging tinatanong yan sakin ng mga kaibigan ko, kung ako raw ay tatakbo sa presidential election. Pag sinabi kong hindi, walang maniniwala, pag sinabi kong oo, walang maniniwala,&quot; he told ANC&#x27;s Headstart.</p><p>For now, Tulfo said he has no plans of running for president in 2028.</p><p>&quot;Ito lang masasabi ko, wala sa utak ko ang pagtakbo as president sa 2028. Naka-focus ako ngayon sa Senado.
