Members of the Coast Guard Station Occidental Mindoro Deployable Response Group assist residents to safer ground during a pre-emptive evacuation at Sitio Lamintao, Barangay Malawaan, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro on Saturday. Fifty-one individuals were evacuated due to rising water level due to heavy rains brought the enhanced southwest monsoon as tropical storm Bebinca moves northward.
