<p>MANILA — The The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued a Show Cause Order (SCO) against the registered owner and driver of a Toyota Fortuner involved in multiple traffic violations, including counterflowing along a public road and using unauthorized blinkers.</p><p>The LTO said its initial findings showed the vehicle deliberately disregarded established traffic regulations, endangering the safety of other motorists. </p><p>Reports also indicated that the vehicle was accompanied by a motorcycle bearing the logo of the Philippine National Police (PNP).</p><p>LTO added that it is currently verifying the identity of the rider of the said motorcycle.</p><div><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/video.php?height=476&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freel%2F1309656444601429%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=267&amp;t=0" width="267" height="476" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><p>The registered owner and driver of the vehicle has been directed to appear before the Intelligence and Investigation Division of the LTO.</p><p>“The LTO categorically condemns this reckless and unlawful behavior. Such actions constitute a blatant violation of traffic laws and an unacceptable abuse of the road that puts lives at risk,” it also said.</p>
