Photo courtesy of Cebu Pacific</span></span></span></div><p>MANILA -- Cebu Pacific on Tuesday said it is considering the &quot;integration of the AirSWIFT brand into its operations&quot; after its purchase of the boutique airline.</p><p>The low-cost carrier made the statement after a business news website reported that Cebu Pacific is considering retiring the AirSWIFT brand after assuming operations.</p><p>&quot;The company acknowledges that it has explored the potential integration of the AirSWIFT brand into its operations,&quot; Cebu Pacific told the Philippine Stock Exchange.</p><p>&quot;However, the company wishes to clarify that this is not an initiative currently planned for the near future,&quot; it stressed.</p><p>The firm said integration remains a possibility, but there is no definite timeline for it at this stage.</p><p>Cebu Pacific announced in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/business/2024/10/7/cebu-pacific-buying-ayala-led-boutique-airline-airswift-1208" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">October</a> that it would buy the boutique airline operated by the Ayala group.</p><p>AirSWIFT is known for its fleet of planes that serve passengers in Boracay, El Nido, Cebu, Bohol, and other local tourist destinations.
