KJ Rosales, PPA poo</span></span></span></div><p>“Of all the foreign assisted projects, ADB especially, you have always been at the forefront of all things,” Marcos Jr told Asakawa, as he noted that the country’s engagements with the ADB were very significant and important.</p><p>“And that’s why we say that it’s always a little sad.
