World Developers saw it sales more than double to P3.38 billion in the first 9 months of the year.</p><p>Megawide said this was a big jump from the P1.59 billion seen in the same period last year.</p><p>The company said PH1 has already bagged nearly P3.34 billion in reservation
sales this year on the back of strong demand from its new condominiums Lykke Kondo in Pasig and One Lancaster Park in Cavite.</p><p>Lykke Kondo, in particular, has already made more than P1 billion in reservation sales after being launched earlier this year. One Lancaster Park, meanwhile, has made more than P2 billion in sales since its launch in September last year.</p><p>PH1 World Developers president Gigi Alcantara said the sales numbers reflect how they view development differently.</p><p>“Yes, location is critical, and all our
projects are strategically placed for accessibility and convenience. But beyond that, PH1
brings an extra touch—a vision to deliver a true first-world living experience to Filipinos,&quot; she said.</p><p>Aside from Lykke Kondo and One Lancaster Park, PH1 World Developers is also building My Enso Lofts in Quezon
