Handout </div>MANILA -- SM Prime Holdings executive committee chairman Hans Sy is the Management Association of the Philippines&#x27; (MAP) Management Person of the Year 2025. Sy was SM Prime president from 2004 to 2016, leading the company’s expansion across the Philippines and China by boosting its portfolio of malls, residences, offices, hotels, and leisure properties.“I have never seen myself as someone deserving of awards or recognition.
