Quezon, Bobon, Northern Samar</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>The following roads, meanwhile, are passable to light vehicles only:</strong></div><p>1. Maharlika Highway, Bridge in Brgy. Mahayahay, Maac Bridge I in Brgy. Maac, Sogod, and Nahulid Bridge in Brgy. Nahulid, Libagon, Southern Leyte<br/>2. Bugko-Nenita-Mirador- Cagpanit-an-De-Maria-San Jose Road, Sitio Canawa, Brgy. Mirador, Mondragon Northern Samar</p><div><br/></div><p>Uwan is now moving away from the Luzon landmass, PAGASA said on Monday morning, as it kept wind signal 4 raised in eight provinces. </p><p>At 7 a.m., Uwan was located 125 km west northwest of Bacnotan, La Union, packing winds of 150 kilometers per hour and gusts up to 185 kph. It was moving west northwestward at 20 kph.</p>
