Hotel101 to open hotel in Milan, Italy

HandoutMANILA -- Hotel101 is opening a hotel in Milan, Italy.</div>In a statement, Hotel101 said it has signed a joint venture with definitive binding agreements to build Hotel101-Milan.Hotel101-Milan will be located in San Donato Milanese. It is about a 5-minute drive away from the Metro Milano San Donato train station. From there, tourists can reach the historic Duomo di Milano in 12 minutes. Hotel101-Milan is expected to generate about €85.8 million in sales revenue once fully sold, based on an expected sale price of €200,000.The hotel will have amenities such as a 24/7 reception, all-day dining, 25-meter lapping pool, full-size gym, business center, function rooms, and children’s playground.DoubleDragon Corporation owns Hotel101, which has branches in Pasay City and The Fort in Taguig. It will also soon open hotels in Cebu, Davao, Bohol, Boracay, and Libis in Quezon City.Hotel101 will also open soon in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/business/07/12/23/doubledragons-hotel101-names-sales-agent-for-japan" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Hokkaido, Japan</a>; Los Angeles, California; <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/4/14/doubledragon-tops-up-hotel-in-madrid-eyes-december-completion-1532" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Madrid, Spain</a>; 4 locations in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/5/29/hotel101-enters-joint-venture-to-open-hotels-in-saudi-arabia-1126" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Saudi Arabia</a>, and 2 locations in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/8/20/hotel101-to-open-2-hotels-in-cambodia-1545" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Cambodia</a>. DoubleDragon hopes Hotel101 will have 1 million rooms in over 100 countries worldwide.The company has identified 25 priority markets, including Philippines, Spain, US, UK, Japan, and several countries across Asia, Europe, and Middle East.DoubleDragon’s Hotel101 is the first Filipino-owned company to list on the US <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/6/3/hotel101-one-step-closer-to-nasdaq-listing-1307" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Nasdaq Stock Exchange</a>.
