MANILA -- Six Philippine-based firms have made the list of Fortune&#x27;s 100 Best Companies to Work for in Southeast Asia.Topping the list of Philippine firms is Balibago Waterworks Systems, which provides running water to more than 300,000 households across 18 provinces in the country.Following Balibago Waterworks is Robinsons Hotels and Resorts, which operates local brands Go Hotels, Go Hotels Plus, Summit, Grand Summit, Fili, and NUSTAR. In October, the company said it is expanding in all markets, but most particularly in the <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/10/24/robinsons-wants-to-expand-filipino-hotel-brands-0101" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">upper-income</a> segment.Robinsons Hotels describes itself as the &quot;largest Filipino hospitality group in the Philippines, distinguished by the most diverse range of formats and the widest geographic presence in the country.&quot; It has 31 properties across the Philippines.Universal Robina Corporation (URC) also made the list. URC is one of the country&#x27;s biggest distributors of snacks like Chippy, Piattos, Cream-O, and Cloud 9.Property giant <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/11/4/megaworld-net-income-up-14-pct-in-first-9-months-1802" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Megaworld</a> was also among the best companies to work for in the Philippines. Megaworld has built townships across the Philippines, including <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/6/11/megaworld-spending-to-p2-5-billion-to-refresh-eastwood-city-1153" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Eastwood City</a>, Forbes Town, McKinley Hill, and Newport City. Infinit-O works with small and medium businesses in the financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors.Also making it to the list is PeoplePartners, a business that helps companies through &quot;innovative people solutions&quot; to create work environments where employees feel cared for and motivated.
