Century Properties to build new mid-rise condos, waterpark in Pampanga

<p>MANILA -- Century Properties is set to build 4 new residential condominiums and a waterpark in Pampanga.</p><p>In a statement, the property firm said it is building the mid-rise buildings and the waterpark as part of the second phase of its Azure North development in the province.</p><p>Mykonos, the first of the four new buildings, was launched in February and will be completed in 2027. Century is investing P1.2 billion for the development of this tower.</p><p>The Azure North Waterpark, meanwhile, is getting a P215 million investment from the developer.
