Photo by Cyrene De La RosaThe 13th edition of the annual restaurant rankings Asia&#x27;s 50 Best Restaurants saw a new No. 1 with Bangkok’s Gaggan earning the top spot for the fifth time after a decade — undeniably a record breaking victory.</div>Hong Kong’s Chairman, another former No. 1 restaurant, came in second, Hong Kong’s Wing is third, Tokyo’s Sezanne, last year’s No. 1, landed the fourth position and South Korea’s Mingles, the restaurant that recently just earned its third Michelin star, at fifth.Toyo Eatery is the lone Philippine restaurant on the best 50 list again this year at 42.
