<p>MANILA - The Pag-IBIG Fund on Thursday said it gave out P30 billion in housing loans in the first three months of 2025.</p><p>This is 8 percent higher than the P28.09 billion it disbursed in the same period in 2024.</p><p>Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene Acosta said these loans helped 20,315 members buy their own homes in the first quarter.</p><p>Acosta also noted that Pag-IBIG released P987.91 million for the government&#x27;s 4PH program, which allows developers, contractors and local government units to build housing projects, and directly helps buyers of 4PH units.</p><p>The official said they were able to help 669 members and their families who now own homes.</p><p>Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Jose Rizalino L.
