MANILA -- The Pag-IBIG Fund received its 13th consecutive &quot;unmodified opinion&quot; from the Commission on Audit (COA), the state-owned firm said Tuesday.In a statement, the fund said that the COA&#x27;s review of their operations confirmed that transactions were properly conducted in accordance with the laws, and that its financial statements were fairly presented in line with relevant government accounting and reporting standards.The Pag-IBIG Fund had previously received unqualified opinions from the COA from 2012 to 2017 and unmodified opinions from 2018 onwards.Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon P. Aliling said this proves that Pag-IBIG is being run with professionalism, prudence, and integrity.“It is a testament to how Pag-IBIG Fund upholds the highest standards in managing our members’ hard- earned savings and in fulfilling its mandate to serve the Filipino worker,&quot; he said.The Pag-IBIG Fund said it gave out P30 billion in housing loans in the first three months of 2025. In 2024, it gave out P130 billion in home loans.
