<p>MANILA — Heavy rains caused by the Southwest monsoon and tropical storm Crising have caused an estimated P339.3 million in agricultural losses across various regions in the country, according to initial data from the National Irrigation Administration.</p><p>NIA Deputy Administrator Josephine Salazar said the rains have damaged a total of 31,172 hectares and affected 23,385 farmers in the Cordillera Adminsitrative Region, Region I, Region II, Region III, Region IV-A, Region IV-B, Region V, Region VI.  </p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/weather-traffic/2025/7/21/philippines-counts-cost-of-crising-habagat-damage-1229">Philippines counts cost of Crising, habagat damage</a></div><p>Water levels in several dams have also risen, according to the NIA. Magat Dam&#x27;s water level is now at 184.42 meters, while Pantabangan Dam&#x27;s level is now 194.11 meters.</p><p>“For Angat Dam and San Roque, ito po ay being managed by NPC [National Power Corp]. So, nasa normal level pa rin po tayo. Hindi po tayo nag-i-spill dito sa mga dam na ito,” she said. </p><p>“For the Bustos Dam update, so kanina pong alas onse ng umaga, ang elevation po ng ating Bustos ay 15.63 meters. So, ang dumadaan pong tubig dito, ang discharge natin is 308 cubic meters per second. So, nag-attribute po dito iyong pagri-release po ng Ipo Dam kahapon ng around 323.46 meters plus iyong mga local [unclear] po natin na nanggagaling sa Bayabas at Matictic. So, ang current level po niya kaninang alas siyete ng umaga is 2.3; ang spilling level lang po natin is 2.1. For the Tarlac Diversion Dam, ito po ay nasa Tarlac City.
