Maria Tan, ABS-CBN News <br/><br/></span></span></span>MANILA — Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon said on Monday that DPWH Usec. Maria Catalina Cabral denied allegations linking her to 2026 budget insertion.</div><p>Sen. Panfilo Lacson earlier said an undersecretary of the DPWH reached out to Senate Minority Leader Vincente Sotto III for the insertion in the proposed budget for 2026.</p><p>&quot;She denied it to my face, she denied it to me. I told her you just have to tell the truth whatever the truth is, explain it... na tumawag sya kay Senator Sotto,&quot; Dizon told ABS-CBN News.</p><p>&quot;I told her she has to go there and explain herself.
