Mark Demayo, ABS-CBN News/File</div><div> </div>MANILA -- Philippine Airlines (PAL) is now allowing small dogs to ride with their owners on all domestic flights.In a statement, PAL said passengers can book for themselves and their pets by picking their flights, choosing FurPAL on the Travel Boost page, then settling their payments.PAL said dogs should be at most 10 kilos, at least eight weeks old, and fully weaned to be allowed on board.They must be in soft-sided, leak-proof carriers measuring at most 17” x 11” x 9.5”. The carrier must have two ventilation panels and its bottom lined with pee pads.The carriers will be placed under the seat in front of the passenger throughout the flight. Owners must also bring their pets&#x27; veterinary health certificate, vaccination records, and a shipping permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry.PAL said sedating the pet is not allowed.PAL first launched its FurPAL service on some flights to Boracay, Bohol, and Siargao in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/11/12/pal-now-allows-small-dogs-on-select-flights-1645" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">November</a>. PAL said this service &quot;celebrates the unbreakable bond between people and their pets.&quot;
