Beyond traditional retail, the mall introduces modern infrastructure to the Zamboanga Peninsula, including Mindanao&#39;s tallest scenic LED elevator and the city&rsquo;s first electric vehicle (EV) charging station.Reflecting the cultural fabric of the region, the mall includes a dedicated Muslim prayer room alongside solar-power installations and an indoor &quot;Skyplaza&quot; garden. It is anchored by major tenants such as The SM Store and international brands including Adidas and Japan&#39;s Gashapon.The facility is located roughly five minutes from the Zamboanga City Seaport, a vital maritime link for the region&rsquo;s trade. SM Prime expects the hub to serve as a catalyst for domestic tourism and local employment, reinforcing the group&#39;s dominant position in the Southeast Asian retail landscape.
