MANILA — Diesel and kerosene prices will see big rollbacks on Tuesday but gasoline will go up, the Department of Energy said on Monday. Energy Secretary Sharon Garin said consumers can expects the following price adjustments on April 28:Gasoline   P0.53/L increaseDiesel        P12.94/L rollbackKerosene  P15.71/L rollbackShell and Seaoil have confirmed that they will adjust prices by these amounts on Tuesday at 6 a.m.Unioil meanwhile, will implement the same adjustments for its gasoline and diesel products, also at 6 a.m. Tuesday.Diesel prices have retreated in the last few weeks despite continuing worries about supplies as the war in the Middle East shows no signs of ending anytime soon.
