The platform is envisioned as a digital infrastructure that supports artificial intelligence, smart mobility, commerce, renewable energy, media, and future technologies.&quot;June 12 is the perfect day to launch JEEPNEY AI because independence in the modern world is no longer only about territory. It is also about technology, infrastructure, data, energy, mobility, and the ability of a nation to build its own future,&quot; said Elmer Francisco, Francisco Motors Chairman. &quot;JEEPNEY AI is our Filipino platform for that future.&quot;Unlike traditional mobile applications, JEEPNEY Al will be accessible through any web browser, allowing users to connect across devices without being tied to a specific app store or operating system. The company believes this browser-first approach reflects a future shaped by artificial intelligence, extended reality, smart vehicles, voice interfaces, and connected environments.&quot;We are not building JEEPNEY Al as just another app,&quot; said Francisco. &quot;Apps are temporary. Infrastructure is permanent. JEEPNEY Al is designed to be accessible through the web because the future will not be limited to handheld devices.&quot;The platform is expected to help support productivity, communication, marketing, education, business services, mobility tools, and community engagement. Francisco Motors said it aims to make practical Al accessible to students, entrepreneurs, transport workers, creators, and overseas Filipinos.At the center of the ecosystem is DOMENG®, the company&#x27;s planned Filipino Al assistant. Designed as a practical digital companion, DOMENG® will help users create content, prepare business materials, access services, and navigate the broader Jeepney.io platform.&quot;We are not building Al to replace Filipinos. We are building Al to assist, guide, empower, and augment Filipinos,&quot; said Francisco. &quot;DOMENG® will be the Filipino face of JEEPNEY AI, while JEEPNEY Al will be the backbone that connects mobility, commerce, media, energy, computing, and extended reality.&quot;JEEPNEY AI is also expected to play a major role in Francisco Motors&#x27; future mobility plans, particularly through the deployment of ELEKTRON® electric vehicles. The Al layer will support route intelligence, driver assistance, fleet management, energy efficiency, vehicle diagnostics, passenger information, and future mobility services.According to the company, the intelligence behind the fleet may become just as important as the vehicles themselves. Future FMC® vehicles are envisioned as connected assets that support mobility, energy management, communications, and decentralized computing infrastructure.&quot;As we deploy more ELEKTRON® vehicles, electric jeepneys, vans, tricycles, and future mobility platforms, the real advantage will not only be the vehicle itself. Planned applications include virtual training, transport education, tourism experiences, maintenance tutorials, cultural storytelling, and digital showrooms that bring Filipino transportation heritage into interactive environments.Another key component is TsuperHero®, a transport-linked digital platform designed to support commuters, drivers, operators, and future mobility rewards.
