MANILA - ABS-CBN Corp on Monday informed the Philippine Stock Exchange that the company and some of its key officers have received summons from the Securities and Exchange Commission.The summons indicate that a complaint has been filed against ABS-CBN Corp, The Big Dipper Digital Content and Design Inc, and some top officers by Federico R. Lopez, ABS-CBN Corp said in a disclosure.The complaint alleges that there were violation of Sections 30 and 31 of the Revised Corporation Code, and Sections 22, 24, 26 and 68 of the Securities and Regulation Code.An Ad Hoc Committee has been formed to investigate the matters concerning the Lopez Group of Companies, according to the SEC. An order has also been issued by the SEC directing respondents to file their verified answer within 30 days from the receipt of the summons.ABS-CBN Corp said &quot;the respondents will respond to the complaint through the proper legal channels in accordance with the applicable laws and rules, in due course.&quot;The Lopez majority earlier voted to oust Piki Lopez as president and CEO of Lopez Inc due to loss of trust after discovering concealed poison pills in First Gen&#x27;s deal with Prime Infrastructure. The resolution was later withdrawn.
