Jekki Pascual, ABS-CBN News</div>MANILA -- Big companies in the Philippines are urged to integrate AI-powered human resource and finance systems in their internal processes to help employees and also improve the business.Asticom, a shared services company under the Globe Group, has partnered with global human resources and finance software company Workday to bring modern HR solutions to the Philippines. The company has formally joined the Workday Partner Program and will integrate the Workday Human Capital Management and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions to various companies in the Philippines.“A new era for what we call a new workday. She also said that other firms are using hybrid systems, which may not be efficient.She said it will be more beneficial if corporations integrate modern solutions for their HR processes and finance solutions to make work easier. This will also help the employees themselves.“We are surprised that we still have big companies who are using manual timekeeping solutions and that’s what pains us because organizations like that can grow faster if they use technology,” Castillo-Reyes added.The said solutions are expected to enable organizations to automate routine processes, gain deeper workforce insights, and also support employees through data-driven processes. The two companies said integrating AI and automation can improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, accelerate the hiring process, and support employee retention programs.
