MANILA -- More than 80 flights have been cancelled over the last two days amid the threat of typhoon Inday. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said 88 flights have been cancelled from July 9 to 10:Cebu Pacific - 13 Cebgo - 38 PAL Express - 37 The CAAP also said 2 PAL Express flights and 1 Cebgo flight were diverted.As of 10 a.m. Friday, Inday was at 570 km east of Itbayat, Batanes.
