<div><br/></div><p>MANILA — Bank of the Philippine Islands&#x27; (BPI) app and online platform are down on Wednesday, July 15, a payday for most Filipinos.</p><p>In a Facebook post, BPI said its team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.</p><p>BPI said its e-wallet app VYBE, as well as its ATMs and debit and credit cards, are still available for use.</p><div><br/></div><div><em>More details to follow.</em> </div>
