<p>MANILA — Vice President Sara Duterte was unable to comment when asked about Pax Silica, a planned AI industrial hub in Tarlac that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said will create jobs and boost the economy, while she was at the Hague.</p><p>In a video provided by the Office of the Vice President, Duterte was asked about her thoughts on the issue, which has been a hot topic on social media because of concerns on the project&#x27;s environmental and social costs.</p><p>Duterte said she cannot comment on the matter when asked about the issue by a supporter.</p><p>&quot;Hindi, ma&#x27;am. Pax Silica.
