MANILA — ABS CBN Corp on Friday announced its list of names expected to be nominated as members of the Board of Directors during its upcoming Annual Stockholders Meeting set in August.<div>Nominees:</div><ul><li>Martin L. Lopez</li><li>Carlo L. Katigbak</li><li>Federico R. Lopez</li><li>Rafael L. Lopez</li><li>Monico V. Jacob (Independent Director)</li><li>Honorio G. Poblador IV (Independent Director)</li><li>Ma. Rosario Santos-Concio</li></ul><div> </div>ABS-CBN Chairman Martin Lopez, President and CEO Carlo Katigbak, First Philippine Holdings Corp and First Gen Corp chairman and CEO Federico Lopez, and former ABS-CBN Global COO Rafael Lopez are incumbent directors. Honorio Poblador is the founder and managing partner of The Navegar Fund. Monico Jacob is the chairman of Total Consolidated Asset Management,  among others, and an independent director of Lopez Holdings Corp. He was chairman and CEO of Petron Corp and Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) as well as former CEO of the Home Development Mutual Fund (PAG-Ibig Fund).Charo Santos-Concio is currently the executive consultant and former president and CEO of ABS-CBN Corp.&quot;The nominees will serve as directors of the Company for one year from the date of election,&quot; the company said in a disclosure to the stock exchange. The ASM will be held virtually on August 19, 2026. It was previously postponed due to issues involving the submission of nominations for directors. ABS-CBN Corp said these issues have been resolved.
