<p>MANILA — The Pag-IBIG Fund has partnered with housing developers Amaia and Avida to offer more affordable housing for Filipinos.</p><p>Under the partnerships, there will be special rates on selected Amaia and Avida houses that customers may buy through Pag-IBIG housing loans of up to P10 million.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2026/5/27/pag-ibig-raises-housing-loan-ceiling-to-p10-million-amid-condo-glut-1445" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Pag-IBIG to allow housing loans of up to P10 million amid condo glut</a></div><p>The Pag-IBIG Fund recently raised its maximum housing loan limit to P10 million amid an oversupply of urban property, and to expand affordable credit for middle-income earners.</p><p>&quot;By helping developers connect their available housing inventory with Pag-IBIG Fund members and affordable financing, we give more Filipino workers quality housing choices within their means while supporting a stronger housing sector,&quot; said Housing Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling. </p><p>Avida Land president Raquel Cruz, meanwhile, said the partnership allows both developers to serve more Filipinos.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2026/8/13/ayala-corp-net-income-down-on-softer-ayala-land-net-income-1548" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Ayala Corp net income down on softer Ayala Land net income</a></div><p>&quot;We see an even greater opportunity for Avida and Amaia to serve more middle- and upper-middle-income members and pursue further synergies that will help more Filipinos own quality homes,&quot; she said.</p><p>Avida and Amaia are both residential units of Ayala Land. </p>
