<p>MANILA — The government is studying how to fund the P7 billion program needed to remove the system loss from the electricity bills of consumers.</p><p>Energy Undersecretary Rowena Guevara on Monday said P7.5 billion pesos will be alloted for the four phases in removing the non-technical systems loss for electric cooperatives.</p><p>&quot;Actually, nakausap po natin mismo si Secretary Sharon (Garin) at inalam natin kung ano itong kaniyang magiging proposal. Sa ngayon ay pinag-aaralan din po pati po ng DBM.
