Bienvenido Tantoco III.&quot;Our winners are at a very early age forming communities and ecosystems united by purpose in an age of polarization and increasing anger manipulated by the angers of social media,&quot; he added.The annual awards are organized by JCI Philippines, in partnership with the TOYM Foundation and other stakeholders, as part of their commitment to highlighting Filipino excellence and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
