Students join members of progressive groups as they march against corruption from Bulacan State University to the Malolos City Hall on September 30, 2025.
The Commission on Audit recently filed fraud reports with the Independent Commission on Infrastructure regarding four flood control projects that were found to have been built in locations other than those specified in the project documents. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office also failed to submit a significant number of supporting documents for the projects based on the report.
