Marcy Teodoro on Monday filed perjury complaints against the 2 female police officers who accused him of sexual assault.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/9/25/2-female-cops-file-lasciviousness-rape-complaints-vs-marikina-rep-marcy-teodoro-0908">Rape by sexual assault, acts of lasciviousness raps filed vs Marikina congressman</a></div><p>Teodoro filed his complaints before the Manila&#x27;s Office of the City Prosecutor.</p><p>&quot;Many witnesses have testified Cong. Marcy was never alone with the complainants, and there was no opportunity for him to have committed the crimes they impute,” said lawyer Alma Mallonga, Teodoro&#x27;s counsel.</p><p>“They continued to report for work, happily interacting with their co-workers, even on the very same days they claim to have been abused,” she added in a statement sent to ABS-CBN News.</p><p>The two policewomen last month filed acts of lasciviousness and rape complaints against Teodoro before the Department of Justice (DOJ).</p><p>The complainants were former close-in security officers assigned to Teodoro and his spouse, Marikina City Mayor Maan Teodoro, at different times.</p><div><br/></div><div><em>More details to follow.</em></div>
