George Calvelo, ABS-CBN News/File</div>MANILA (UPDATE) — Several local government units have announced class suspensions for Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, due to the expected effects of tropical storm Paolo.Paolo intensified into a severe tropical storm strength Thursday night and is forecaset to make landfall over southern Isabela or northern Aurora on Friday morning.  The following areas said they were cancelling classes on Friday ahead of Paolo&#x27;s impact.<div> </div>ALL LEVELS
