<p>MANILA — A total of 13 luxury cars confiscated from contractors Pacifico and Sarah Discaya will be auctioned to the public starting November 15, the Bureau of Customs confirmed on Wednesday.</p><p>In a chance interview,  BOC Assistant Commissioner Vincent Maronilla said proceeds from the sale will go to the national treasury.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/10/1/customs-takes-custody-of-13-other-luxury-vehicles-seized-from-discayas-1203"><strong>Customs takes custody of 13 other luxury vehicles seized from Discayas<br/></strong></a></div><p>&quot;We will be fair in valuing these cars. Ang obligasyon namin sa pagseset ng floor price nito ay dapat hindi malugi ang ating pamahalaan. Magiging fair ang aming valuation process, it will be transparent,&quot; Maronilla said.</p><p>(Our obligation in setting the floor price since is to make sure it&#x27;s not disadvantageous to the government. We will be fair in our valuation process.
