<p>MANILA - Tarlac 3rd District Representative Noel Rivera has denied involvement in corruption after plunder, graft, and violation of Procurement law complaints were filed against him before the Office of the Ombudsman by the founder of the United Pilipino Against Crime and Corruption (UPACC).</p><p>Rivera said he has yet to receive an official copy of any complaint.</p><p>The complaints, filed on Wednesday, are over alleged collusion on government contracts worth P600 million.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/10/22/tarlac-congressman-wife-dpwh-engineer-face-plunder-graft-complaints-1305"><strong>Tarlac congressman, vice mayor wife, DPWH engineer face plunder, graft complaints</strong></a></div><p>“Mariin ko pong itinatanggi na ako po ay nasangkot sa anumang uri ng korapsyon.
