MANILA — Several local government units in the Visayas region declared the suspension of classes on Monday, November 3 in anticipation of severe tropical storm Tino.<div>All levels</div>- Malay, Aklan (public and private, until Nov. 5)- New Washington, Aklan (public and private, until Nov. 4)- Libertad, Antique (public and private, until Nov. 5)- Roxas City, Capiz (public and private, until Nov. 4)- Eastern Visayas State University (until Nov. 5)- West Visayas State University (face-to-face classes only)- Aklan State University (until Nov. 4)- Visayas State University (face-to-face classes, Nov. 4-5)&quot;Tino&quot; intensified  into a severe tropical storm on Sunday afternoon, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. As of 4:00 p.m., it was located 805 km east of Eastern Visayas, packing winds of 95 kph with gustiness up to 115 kph.Tino may rapidly intensify up to typhoon strength before making landfall at or near peak intensity over Eastern Samar or Dinagat Islands between late Monday and early Tuesday.
