I am just an employee that has been working in and out of government for the last 28 years, that&#x27;s all I do,&quot; he said.</p><p>He said he wanted to return to the private sector after his stint as DPWH secretary.</p><p>&quot;But if I am asked to serve, I will always say yes to serve,&quot; he added.</p><p>&quot;Running for public office, it&#x27;s not me, I&#x27;m not a politician.
