The pilot program aims to provide food-purchasing assistance to target beneficiaries via electronic benefit transfer cards containing P3,000 worth of food credits per month. <em>Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News </em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — The net trust rating of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. dropped to -3 percent, while his former ally Vice President Sara Duterte rose to 31 percent score in a Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey released after the Christmas day, following months of back-to-back tirades between Duterte and the Palace amid the flood control scandal.</p><p>The survey, sponsored by Stratbase Consultancy, was conducted on November 24 to 30.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/5/14/analyst-sees-recalibrations-of-alliances-in-senate-as-impeachment-trial-looms-0044">Marcos shrugs off survey on his lower trust rating than Dutertes</a></div><p>Results showed Marcos achieved 38 percent much trusting, in comparison to 41 percent who have a little trust in him.</p><p>Duterte, however, had 56 percent much trust score against 26 percent who have little trust to the vice president.</p><p>Marcos&#x27; November rating is down from his 7 percent score in October, while Duterte improved from her 25 percent rating in the same previous month.</p><p>The President attained his highest net trust rating from Balance Luzon at 18 percent, but he garnered -37 in Mindanao, -7 in Visayas, and -8 in the National Capital Region (NCR). </p><p>Duterte, on the other hand, achieved her highest net trust rating from Mindanao at 74 percent, followed by 43 percent in Visayas, and 12 percent in Balance Luzon.
