The figure represented a 14-percentage-point drop from August 2025 and was the &quot;steepest decline&quot; since February 2025, the pollster said.</p><p>The non-commissioned survey, which polled 1,412 Filipinos from Nov. 21-28, also suggested that nearly half of Filipinos, or 47 percent, said they were dissatisfied with Marcos&#x27; performance — a 15-percentage-point increase from August and his &quot;highest dissatisfaction rating&quot; since December 2023.</p><p>&quot;You clearly see here that for more Filipinos, in fact, close to the majority, at 47 percent, they are unhappy with the President&#x27;s performance and only a few are now happy or satisfied,&quot; WR Numero President and CEO Cleve Arguelles told ANC.</p><p>Arguelles noted that former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo had a 22 percent satisfaction rating in 2008 and 16 percent in 2010. This puts Marcos&#x27; 21 percent rating &quot;between those two records of being an unpopular president post-EDSA,&quot; he said.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>STRONGEST DISAPPROVAL AMONG THE YOUTH</strong></div><div><br/></div><p>Those who expressed the &quot;strongest disapproval&quot; towards Marcos&#x27; performance were younger Filipinos, WR Numero said, noting that among those 30 and younger, 64 percent were dissatisfied with his performance. </p><p>Satisfaction &quot;peaked&quot; among seniors 60 and older, with four in 10, or 41 percent, approving, it said, adding that Filipinos aged 31 to 59 are &quot;split&quot; in their views.</p><p>Marcos&#x27; satisfaction rating plunged to its lowest amid the widening investigation into the flood control scandal, which recently saw him and his allies being implicated in corruption. This was a 4-percentage-point decline from her August 2025 rating of 47 percent, it said.</p><p>The pollster noted that dissatisfaction rose slightly to 23 percent in November from 21 percent in August. </p><p>Notably, younger Filipinos were satisfied with Duterte&#x27;s performance, according to the survey.
