However, as a supporter, he decided to pass by the VIP arrival area to show his support.Duterte, 79, was arrested by police officers upon his arrival, acting on a warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC) over his war on drugs. The former president faces a charge of &quot;the crime against humanity of murder&quot;, according to the ICC.The Presidential Communications Office said the INTERPOL Manila received the official copy of the warrant of arrest from ICC before dawn on Tuesday. Duterte has questioned the legality of his arrest, saying: &quot;What is the law and what is the crime that I committed?&quot;Present at the NAIA Terminal 3 on Tuesday were Senator Bong Go, who addressed the former president&#x27;s supporters before his arrival, as well as former Executive Secretary Atty. Vic Rodriguez, former Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary, Silvestre Bello who was appointed by former President Rodrigo Duterte, and actor Philip Salvador.
