Photo from Mayor Alice Leal Guo Facebook"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo. <em>Photo from Mayor Alice Leal Guo Facebook</em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA <strong>(UPDATED)</strong> — The National Bureau of Investigation has filed three more falsification complaints against dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo faces before the Department of Justice on Tuesday.</p><p>NBI spokesperson Ferdinand Lavin said the complaints stem from Guo&#x27;s purchase of three parcels of land in Sual, Pangasinan using her supposed fake identity.</p><p>Authorities claim that Guo&#x27;s is Guo Hua Ping and that she is a Chinese national who moved to the Philippines in her youth.</p><p>Guo lawyer Stephen David has in the past pointed out that questions on his client&#x27;s alleged true identity have to be settled by a court.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2024/12/17/alice-guo-family-face-complaints-for-purchase-of-land-as-chinese-citizens-1347">Alice Guo, family face complaints for purchase of land in Pangasinan as Chinese citizens<br/></a></div><p>&quot;In the acquisition of these properties sinabi ni Alice Guo siya si Alice Guo, that she is a Filipino citizen, when, in fact, we were able to establish she is Guo Hua Ping and she is a Chinese citizen and not a Filipino citizen,&quot; Lavin said.</p><p>The NBI also filed human trafficking complaints against 11 officers and employees of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp., including a certain Atty. Jayson Masuerte.</p><p>He said the Pagcor officers personnel were supposed to monitor the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations hub Zun Yuan Technhology in Bamban &quot;but they allowed the operations of scamming activities at the backend of the POGO operations.&quot;</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/3/4/hontiveros-warns-bi-of-revamp-for-still-not-knowing-how-alice-guo-escaped-1454">Hontiveros warns BI of revamp for still not knowing how Alice Guo escaped<br/></a></div><p>&quot;They were tasked to manage the day-to-day activities and the operations of the Zun Yuan Technology that operated inside Baofu compound in Tarlac. But they seem to have closed their eyes of the scamming activities being operated by the Zun Yuan,” he said. </p><p>“We will be filing cases for violations of the anti-human trafficking act against the employees of PAGCOR.” </p><p>The NBI has already coordinated with the Civil Service Commission to file administrative charges against the involved employees.</p><p>The NBI&#x27;s ongoing investigation is expected to lead to further developments in the case as authorities continued to scrutinize the full extent of the operations connected to Guo and the PAGCOR officials. </p><p>The NBI is considering filing administrative cases of gross misconduct, serious dishonesty and conduct prejudicial to public service against the PAGCOR employees before the Civil Service Commission.</p><div><strong>RELATED VIDEO</strong></div><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/EBDtj0zI9wE?&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span><br/></div>
