Jofelle Tesorio, ABS-CBN News"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">Former president Rodrigo Duterte&#x27;s partner, Honeylet Avanceña, and their daughter Kitty at the ICC Detention Center in the Netherlands, March 26, 2025. <em>Jofelle Tesorio, ABS-CBN News</em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA (<strong>UPDATED</strong>) -- Former president Rodrigo Duterte&#x27;s partner, Honeylet Avanceña, and their daughter Kitty arrived in The Netherlands on Wednesday, where they went straight to the detention center of the International Criminal Court (ICC).</p><p>However, they were unable to see the former president, leaving the facility at around 1:55 p.m. in The Hague (9:00 p.m., Manila time).</p><p>The former president is in the custody of the ICC for charges of alleged crimes against humanity for his deadly drug war.</p><p>Both Avanceña and the younger Duterte went to the reception area of the ICC detention center to see if they could visit the former president.</p><p>Vice President Sara Duterte has been dealing with matters regarding her father&#x27;s case since the former president was arrested on March 11.</p><p>Avanceña and Kitty arrived in the Netherlands in time for the elder Duterte&#x27;s birthday on March 28.</p><p>Meanwhile, Davao City 1st District Rep.
